Pilates Class Types:

ARC Class

The Pilates Arc or Spine Corrector class is suitable for most people.  The Arc is designed to support the spine, correct spine curvature and to challenge the centre of our body, the abdomen, the back, and the shoulder muscles. The class aimed at strength, flexibility of the core, from head to toe.

MOTR Class

 MOTR (Movement on The Roller) - this 60 minute workout improves your strength, balance, agility, cardio. The MOTR is a hard foam roller with a weighted pulley system attached to one end, every session is different and challenging. Spaces are limited to four places only per class.

S.E.A.T Class

S.E.A.T (Stability, Endurance, Abdominals, Toning)  This class provides a 60 minute total body resistance workout Cardio - Core - Strength - Balance with the importance of attention to correct use of ABCs.  Suitable for all levels and abilities this class also targets muscle groups that traditional techniques and equipment can’t reach. Spaces are limited to 4 people per class.

 Reformer classes

Use your Pilates ABCs to work deeper, stronger, progress and adapt movements with the Reformer Class.  Pilates Reformer sessions provide the challenge of resistance and support to gain greater results. Sessions last 30 minutes or an hour, are suitable for mixed abilities and can be done on a 1-2-1 or a group session of 3. Spaces are limited to 3 only per class.

Posture and Mobility

A fun and safe 30 minute class for the older client, performed standing or sitting, at a slower pace.  We focus on improving your balance for fall prevention, improving flexibility and posture.  Spaces are limited to 8 maximum.

Ugi Fitness and Stretch

Classes are available using a variety of equipment and suitable for all levels and abilities.  Stretch Class provides 30 minutes release from tight tense muscles and gives greater flexibility.

Ugi Fitness provides an all round strength, tone, stretch class that also gives you a cardio workout using Ugi balls (squishy medicine balls) and other weighted and resistance equipment.  CLASS PRICE  £5.00 for 30 MINUTES.

Zumba Dance classes

This is a dance fitness class to the vibrant rhythms of Latin based music.  The fast and slow rhythms draw upon the following dance styles and music - Cumbia, Salsa, Soca, Merengue, Mamba,  Samba, Hip Hop, Reggaeton, Flamenco, Tango to name a few.  Just breath, smile follow the moves and have fun. CLASS PRICES £7 AN HOUR.

Remedial / Semi Private class

These classes are designed for people with special medical conditions or injuries. We have experience in helping with rehabilitation, be it either recovery from an operation or injury and those with neurological conditions. This is offered either as a 1-2-1 session or offered as small groups.

Private Pilates

These sessions are 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 : they can be mat or equipment based using any equipment at studio....Reformer, MVe Chair or Ladder Barrel.  

Private sessions are designed specifically to suit your individual requirements. You receive personal feedback, correction and exercises aimed to enhance your learning and address any specific issues.

2-2-1 sessions are popular with couples or with a buddy. These classes are the perfect way to find out a little more about Pilates before committing to a weekly class or a course of classes.
