Pilates/Yoga Marathon in aid of Heads Up Wells

Sign up today and challenge yourself to up to 4 hours of Pilates and Yoga fun.

You will be lead by one of our expert Pilates or Yoga teachers during the marathon at our specialist studio in South Horrington. You can sign up for the hours that suit you on our registration form. Each hour you join us will cost £10 but we hope you will encourage your friends and family to sponsor your efforts for much more!

There will be delicious snacks and drinks to keep you going throughout the marathon and therapists to talk to about how they can help with mental health issues.

We are raising funds for Heads Up our local mental health charity also based in South Horrington. Heads Up is a local Charity working with individuals across the Mendip area of Somerset who are affected by mental health issues and other difficulties. They support clients towards recovery, increased independence and greater wellbeing and quality of life.

Each session is specifically structured to provide an all over body workout. Progressive choreography is incorporated to improve balance and co-ordination. The inclusion of precise functional movement aims to improve overall strength and mobility. The use of weights promises to increase cardio endurance and recovery.
This combination of high energy, up-beat movement with the precision and focus of a traditional Pilates class creates a balanced and fun workout for everyone.

 

Class runs Every Monday with Corali at 1pm at the Pilates Body Aligned Studio
